Getting Started with Board Competence Assessments

Respond to a Board Evaluation Survey on Android

Where to find the survey

In the Admincontrol Web application, any surveys that you have been invited to participate in, will be shown on the dashboard of the Home page in your portal. To navigate to the survey, click on Start the board evaluation survey.

Send the survey

Send survey

Click the top right Send survey button to select recipients. You can select to send out an invitation via both e-mail and SMS.

Close the survey and create a report

Closing the survey

In order to close the survey, click Close survey. A survey can be closed anytime before or after the due date. Also, you can close a survey if not all recipients have responded.

Note: The survey cannot be reopened for new responses after closing. Respondents who have not answered will not be able to submit their answers.

Create a report

To create a report of the Board Evaluation click "Save report"

When closing a survey you also have to select a folder to save the report. You can either use an existing folder or create a new folder.

A report will be automatically generated and ready to use. The report consists of summary slides and an overview of each step of the survey. Comments are also included.

The report can be found in the selected folder within your board portal. You can at any time download the report as a PDF file.

The Board Evaluation module is accessible from the top menu. If you need this module added to your portal, please contact your account manager.
